TheRidge HOUSE

RATES
$495 per night. Rate is for 2 people with a minimum 2 night stay.
Extra guests are $77 per person per night.
WEEKLY SPECIAL - Up to 10 guests stay 7 nights for $6,000.
Bookings are confirmed and paid for based on specific numbers of guests.
Extra guests can be added to a booking up to two days prior to the stay date at a per person per night cost.
At the Manger’s sole discretion, reduction of guest numbers may incur a part cancellation fee.
TheRidge ECO-CABINS

RATES
$375 per night Friday to Sunday nights for a maximum of 2 people with a minimum 2 night stay.
$350 per night Monday to Thursday nights for a maximum of 2 people with a minimum 2 night stay.
LONGER STAY SPECIAL
Stay 3 or more consecutive nights and save $50 per night.
The standard bedding arrangement for TheRidge Eco-Cabins is for 1 x King bed. Twin single arrangement is possible and must be confirmed at the time of booking.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations within six weeks of booking will attract a $150 cancellation fee.
Cancellation within three weeks of the stay date will forfeit the deposit.
Cancellation within one week or “no show” of the stay date will forfeit full rental.
At the manager’s sole discretion, a forfeited deposit may be transferred to another booking date, depending on the timing of cancellation request, ability to re-let the cancelled dates and availability for replacement dates.
NO LIABILITY
The Ridge Gloucester, its management and staff shall not be liable to any guest or invitee of any guest for any loss, damage or destruction to any personal property brought onto these premises. Personal property shall include any personal effects or motor vehicles parked on the premises.
